Hawkins would like to congratulate one of our own, Kathy Pepski, on being honored with a CFO of the Year, Career Achievement Award by Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.
Kathy joined Hawkins in 2008 and during that time, while growth and acquisitions have been a large part of her focus, she has also been focusing on mutual respect for the company and its employees; which has been her greatest source of pride. Kathy has given us the knowledge, the strategy and the relationships to help our company reach where we are today. Kathy has been a great partner, totally aligned with the company’s business goals from day one.
As Kathy prepares to retire in June of 2017, she hopes her vision for Hawkins will be carried on by her successor. In Kathy’s words “ We haven’t arrived, but we’re on the right journey. We have great staff and credibility within the business and I’m very proud of that.”
