The S Series is a smart peristaltic metering pump designed to interface with process control systems utilizing a 4-20mA output signal and three output relays. The rugged construction includes a totally enclosed housing built to NEMA 4x. Select from 9 modes of operation and several performance indicators to communicate the pump status. Password protection prevents unauthorized access to the programmed settings.

The variable pumps have 20:1 turndown and run at the speed set with the adjustable potentiometer when power is applied or the standby input is removed.
The fixed models run at the factory set speed when power is applied or the standby input is removed; they do not have an on/off switch. Both series have LED performance indicators and three output relays for indication from the pump to a separate device, like a process control system.
Leak Detect Jumper: The pump includes a factory installed Leak Detect Jumper to stop the pump if a leak is detected. The jumper may be removed to allow the pump to continue to run when a leak is detected.
Three Dedicated Output Relays:
- Leak Detect: Sends relay to indicate a leak is detected
- Run: Sends relay to indicate pump is operating
- Transfer: Sends relay from the primary pump to transfer operation to a back-up pump, if a leak is detected, or if there is a loss of power or if a drive fault occurs
Stenner – S10P Series Pump

The Stenner S10P Series is a peristaltic metering pump activated by a water meter, control valve, flow switch or any control equipment that responds to water flow. The control equipment is wired to the pump input terminals to accept a dry contact or 12-24 VAC/VDC signal. The pump runs at a set time, a set speed or a set flow rate output according to the mode of operation selected. The flow rate outputs are up to 30 gallons per day at 100 psi maximum.
The control panel displays one of four operating modes, Seconds, Flow Switch, Auxiliary or 10 PPG and the percent setting for each. The functions are easy to program on the six-button control pad with a backlit LCD window. Two buttons are required for operation and the keypad will automatically lock if it remains idle for one minute.
When using the 10 PPG mode with a 10 PPG water meter, chemical is dispensed ten times per gallon for steady distribution.

The S420 Series variable speed peristaltic metering pumps dose liquid solutions in direct proportion to a 4-20mA analog input signal. The operator can scale the pump’s response to the signal from 25% to 100% by the potentiometer on the control pad. When operated in the manual mode the maximum flow rate output is adjustable from 5% to 100%.
The pump’s ability to accept an incoming 4-20mA analog signal to pace the pump makes the S420 well suited for use with water treatment controls including pH and ORP monitors to maintain proper water chemistry and treatment of effluent discharge water.
The series is categorized by two item number prefixes, S34 and S44. Pumps beginning with S34 have six flow rate outputs ranging from up to 40 gallons per day with operating pressures to 100 psi maximum and up to 85 gallons per day with operating pressures to 25 psi maximum. Pumps beginning with S44 have two flow rate outputs of 60 gallons per day with operating pressures to 100 psi maximum and of 150 gallons per day with operating pressures to 25 psi maximum.

1:128 Pump Adjusts to System Flow Rate for Even Distribution of Product
Activated by a dry contact pulse water meter, the S128 automatically injects solution into the water line proportional to the system water flow at a ratio of 1 ounce of solution to 128 ounces of process water. As the pump registers dry contacts, it delivers the precise ratio.
The pump has three speeds to automatically adjust the injection rate when the water system flow rate increases or decreases. This flow response design allows the pump to evenly and proportionally inject solutions especially at low flow rates.
