Product Description: AQUA HAWK® KQ-4 is a 46-48% by weight aqueous solution of tetrapotassium ethylenediaminetetracetate (K4EDTA).
Applications: AQUA HAWK® KQ-4 is used to descale equipment in electrical power generation, chemical processing, refineries and other industrial plant applications when mineral and organic acids pose corrosion problems. KQ-4 also has applications in stainless steel passivation, removal of heavy metals in soil remediation, and to sequester minerals in process water to prevent scaling.
